Cathy Wallace is proud to be in private practice and has been serving the residents of Louisville, Kentucky, since 1996. Cathy focuses her practice in the areas of probate law, family law, elder law, and real estate law. Judges in Jefferson Circuit Court, Family Division, regularly appoint Cathy to represent children in abuse, neglect, and dependency cases.

Cathy values her clients’ input, and she works closely with all her clients to ensure to the best of her ability that their needs are being met. Cathy personally interacts with each client from the initial point of contact through the conclusion of each client’s particular case or situation.

Cathy is an active volunteer for Hosparus (formerly Hospice of Louisville), serving hospice patients, families, and social workers. Cathy is also a participating member of the Hosparus Ethics Committee.

Cathy received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville, Brandies School of Law, in 1996; her Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville, Kent School of Social Work, in 1988; and her Bachelors of Social Work from the University of Missouri in 1987.
